Dogna is a small village on the Canal del Ferro (UD - Friuli Venezia Giulia) made up of numerous hamlets perched on the slopes of the two valleys that converge there. Villages, great nature, mountains, rivers, water, stones and.... the track and the fossil nests of Aetosaurs  found on the banks of the Dogna stream, now kept in the Territory Museum in the center of the town. The water has dug forming the valleys and bringing to light these unique fossil finds; in its flow it has created a lively stony bed that varies from year to year, surrounded by a verdant valley which is the perfect place for the Stone Balancing enthusiast, whether an expert or simply curious.
